“Ordered a flag for my daughter's Geography fair. The country of Luxembourgh's flag was not in stock, however they were able to expedite it from another facility and have it arive in time for the fair. Flag was very well made. Overall very satisfied with the quality and customer service! Would not hesitate to order again in the future.”

“What made my experience great? Well for one, finding a company that takes pride in the products that they make. Not many do anymore. American flags should always be made in America. Period. Two, they also make very high quality Christian flags. Very few American companies do that. Trust me, I've looked. Three, being able to buy with the comfort of knowing that they stand behind their flags. Makes this very worthwhile.”

She was professional and took care of the situation as quickly as possible as we had a time sensitive event, we needed the flag for. Gayle made the whole process seamless. “**UPDATE**: Can't say enough great things about the customer support at flags.com . Got everything with our order squared away and all items arrived perfectly. For years now this is the only site we have ordered all our poles and flags for our commercial office. This will continue to be the only site we order from for years and years!! Received only a portion of my order (just flag poles, no flags). Contacted customer support - no response at ALL. Have been ordering all of our office flag supplies from this site for years...guess it will be the last.”

“Product was everything I was hoping for. Post office left a lot to be desired. A direct route from you to me was 900 miles. Route taken by post office was 2,000 and was in transit for 8 days.”
