“I ordered a stick flag of the United States Air Force. First shipment was cracked, due to the post office shoving it in the parcel compartment. They turned out & sent me a new one via UPS with no charge. That arrived in great condition. The person was friendly who helped me out.”

“I greatly appreciated that this flag company carried "American Flags" that were made in "America". I visited a couple other flag companies and I could not find this to be true. I order my flags and received them in an expediate manner. I got what I ordered, exactly what was advertised, and at a reasonable price. I have recommended this company to three friends (Veterans) and they assured me they would shop at Flag.com.”

“I ordered a small flag for indoors. It came within two days and is exactly what I wanted based on the description. I submitted a question by email regarding the best way to hang it (it was other than a USA flag).They responded the same day saying that they needed to research that for me and I had the answer the next day. I give 5 stars for excellence of service and quality of the product.”

“I found exactly what I wanted, the price was great, delivery was really quick AND free! Ordered one of the flags too big so I emailed them to ask how to do an exchange and she answered me back on a Sunday, the exchange was done and the the flag delivered in one week! Great experience!”
