Priscilla was knowledgeable and made the course fun and enjoyable. The content was relevant and well paced and it was a pleasure to complete my TAE with Forsythes.

Our trainer was dedicated, knowledgeable and very supportive. Trish had a very successful way of leading students through the course. She provided pathways, invited self-thought and provided support wherever necessary, 10 out 10 for our trainer

Course organised poorly, mix of face to face & zoom. Little support & took over 8 months just to get first projects graded. Submitted in March 2021 not graded until November 2021.

Terrible. Pulled out. They are so incompetent they still sent me a review asking about the completion of the course.

I have completed training with Forsythes for over 2 decades now and have always found the course content to be comprehensive and the trainers exceptionally helpful.

I have to say that this training course was one of the worst I have attended in my entire life, that included more than two decades in the military and a similar time in the Commonwealth Public Service. Since retiring, I have joined a volunteer organisation and have been putting my previously gained knowledge and training skills to good use, training and mentoring fellow members. I have been recognised in this role with an Order of Australia in the Queen's Birthday honours. This was my first experience in Zoom training, and by halfway through the second of three days, I was so far behind that I couldn't retrieve my position and so quit out of frustration. Can I say from the outset that I have no complaints about the presenter, however, the course structure leaves a lot to be desired. In preparation for the course I had colleagues take me through Zoom meetings, but was not prepared for the intensity of training that I experienced. To be fair, I live in a somewhat remote part of NSW and rely on Wireless NBN for access to the net. This was patchy on occasions during my training and the speed leaves a lot to be desired. To add to the confusion, in-house students were part of the group and the presenter would switch away from the Zoom students to address these members. On the second day when I joined a group of Zoom students to evaluate our work so far, I found from others that I had made a mistake on day one and this had snowballed into making all the work that I had done incorrect and useless. I then lost my internet connection for 30 min for the second time and I had no way of contacting my presenter other than by mobile phone through Forsythe's switchboard. At one stage to stay connected I had a PC, Tablet and mobile phone all connected and trying to stay with the trainer. It didn't work. May I suggest that before you run Zoom courses, you establish with the student that they have connectivity that is compatible. Further, that you don't run mixed classes of Zoom and in-house students together. As you can see I was extremely frustrated undergoing this training and as a senior citizen, I was more than a little overwhelmed.

Excellent knowledge and current information. Sessions are well organised and interesting. Tasks in cluster 2 was a bit confusing and jumbled (due to the program sequence and the not facilitator) I am very happy with Forsythes Training

Very pleased with the way the course was presented. Big shout out to Darren wiggins, the way the presents and interacts with the class is next level. If my employer every puts me through a course again with forsythes I’ll be requesting Darren as out course leader. Thanks again

Very happy with the trainer, went out of his way to assist in any way needed. The course could be made a little easier if it was not done via zoom.

Thoroughly enjoyed my recent training with Foresythes to upgrade my TAE qualification. The trainers were very supportive and knowledgeable in their fields and made the content relevant and useable to the learners and while a very intense learning schedule, it was a valuable experience.
