“The facilitator I had was good, but doing the course via Zoom made it hard to ask questions. The time it took to have assignments marked was long and frustrating. Unless you have done this type of course before, I do not recommend doing this via Online Training.”

“The training Powerpoint requires some renewing. The dates of legislation are not current.”

“I had a difficult time during my training. Covid lockdowns and zoom meetings were not ideal. I had external work and family pressures and I ultimately decided to leave my course incomplete.”
