“Strongly suggest you avoid the Forsythes Self-paced TAE40116 (now TAE40122) course. It is impossible to complete as a self-paced learner as it requires at least 8 videos/presentations involving other students which is frustrating to arrange and significantly delays completion of the course. The website overview only indicates 2 presentations are required - not accurate. Online resources are also not complete, difficult to navigate and miss critical information. The actual trainers are excellent when involved - as much as I did not want to commit to joining a class (in person or virtual), if I had to do this again I would find the time to complete the course with a scheduled group and save myself the frustration and tears.”
“I found Forsythes training to be professional and thorough, I enjoyed Deb's teaching style and content.
I came away from the course feeling confident and competant to train others in my area of expertise.”
“The teaching is excellent but no care is taken when providing certificates. Arrived all crumpled as just shoved in a paper envelope with no reinforcement to even try to protect certificates. When I phoned, they offered to resend certificate but no guarantee of sturdier packaging.”
“You have successfully requested participant evaluation and feedback from each person who attended your training session in alignment with TAEDEL402 Performance Criteria 6.2.”
“I found most of the course easy to understand and complete and the trainers were professional and helpful. Some of the assignments written explanations could be better worded and some of the videos available did not match their stated subject.”
“The trainer was very supportive and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the content of this course and how it challenged me to look at my full potential and provided me with the confidence to become the leader I aspire to be.”
“I completed the TAE40116. Kate Theil was our Trainer and supported us well throughout the course. I understand the delivery format through Zoom can be challenging for many reasons and Kate was required to follow the Forsythes Training modules. She was very professional and adjusted the delivery to suit our needs in some respects.
I would highly recommend at the very least two more days of training be made available for students. Some of the module elements require more time for students to understand the content before being assessed. I felt pressured and stressed as a result of the days that were rushed. I didn't enjoy the Zoom sessions on those days.
As a student that works full-time, I spent a lot of my spare time reviewing videos and Canvas to gain a better understanding of systems and topics. This could have been alleviated with two additional days to slow down the delivery of the content and support all the different types of learners that were enrolled.
Thankyou for the opportunity to study with Forsythes”
“The facilitator I had was good, but doing the course via Zoom made it hard to ask questions. The time it took to have assignments marked was long and frustrating.
Unless you have done this type of course before, I do not recommend doing this via Online Training.”
“The trainer cut some corners however the majority of the group being trained had previous cet IV and above experience.
In attempting to follow up with my outstanding requirements the customer service from the office staff was very poor and they tried to blame their poor performance on the trainers. Forsythes hold the RTO not the trainers.”
“Very professional company and the certificate 4 was very well delivered and easy to follow. I would recommend them to anyone looking to learn with a great company.”
“The HSE for Leaders training was really well done, Kathy engaged the participants well ensuring that the content was relevant to everyone in the course. She listened to all participants and encouraged everyone to contribute and really participate.”
“I enjoyed my training with the trainer and felt she did an excellent job keeping a number of people on track. Some members in the course lacked basic computer skills and this made the trainer's job even more difficult. I suspect that this was because I was doing it as part of the Smart and Skilled training and perhaps people where there who would not normally do this sort of training. I did have to wait quite a while before my assessments were finalised but as I didn't actually need the qualification for paid employment that wasn't really an issue. I did the course through SES and will be using it in a volunteer role.”
“Once again, I am working on my own PD and chose Forsythes Training above others for the following reasons.
- Most importantly I developed the skills I was hoping to from attending the day.
- Great facilities
- Great facilitator with extensive knowledge
- competitively prices
If you are looking for the benchmark in training with a proven record you shouldn’t look anywhere else.

“Time management was poor, instead of practicing my acting skills over and over again for fake training simulations a bit more time dedicated to theory would have been greatly appreciated, thought I was auditioning for NIDA”
“I've completed a Cert IV in both TAE & WHS. I would not use any other training facility. The trainers are first-rate with their knowledge and caring for their students. The facilities fulfill everything needed.
Online assistance is prompt and assessment marking is also prompt.”
“This was the second lot of training I have had to fortune to receive from the same person. The trainer's Subject knowledge is second to none and his ability to get the message across is highly commendable.
My course was training with Microsoft Project and I would not hesitate to recommend this person to anyone.”
