“Very happy with the picture. The quality of the print and framing is excellent. The picture was extremely well packed for delivery except that the picture hook provided was attached to the rear of the picture and produced a dent in the backing material. You lost one star because your promise that I should receive tracking details on or before 5th July never eventuated. On contacting you on 10th July as to the whereabouts of my picture I did receive an immediate response and the picture arrived 2 days later.”

“To whom it may concern, Many thanks to the team at Framefox, the service from beginning to end was amazing! I tried many online websites promoting a similar service although all paled in comparison to the design and functionality offered by your website. My only issue was the review icon on the right hand side of the screen (on mobile), this was a little obtrusive at times. Thanks and kind regards, Scott Goulding PS: I understand that the company is named Framefox, but if you could have offered canvas prints without a frame I would have purchased more products.”
