“Sister loves the bag. Dispatched quickly but delivery courier useless, took 3 attempts to deliver due to courier not reading delivery instructions first 2times. Considering it's £5 delivery cost l would have hoped for much better service. Would strongly recommend company use a different courier as it took over a week to finally receive item.”

“Had to wait a little while for stock to become available in the correct size, that is to be expected though given the nature of the products. Once ordered the item was shipped in a timely manner, and when received I found it to be well packaged. The item itself looks virtually new with no marks or blemishes. Just needs an airing out before gifting, as you would expect. Fully happy with the product, the service, the price and the shipping. Highly recommended retailer.”

“Ordered 3 items, 2 new and one 2nd hand. All were delivered in excellent condition and I will definitely be using FU &K again, as Grade 1 items have been in much better condition than similar grade items from other suppliers in the past. Recommended!”
