Sister loves the bag. Dispatched quickly but delivery courier useless, took 3 attempts to deliver due to courier not reading delivery instructions first 2times. Considering it's £5 delivery cost l would have hoped for much better service. Would strongly recommend company use a different courier as it took over a week to finally receive item.
