Love the gin. Love the extras and the glasses. However I joined on recommendation of grace abbey who I understood was receive gin glasses and $10 off her next order. I was also to get $10 off my order. What happened?

gin nice but I ordered from a facebook ad that said you got free gift- 2 gin glasses which I didn't receive. wouldn't have ordered otherwise. Disappointed . Now cant log in or get a reset password

Thanks Josh, Yes I did receive the glasses in July. I do recall seeing that those glasses were specifically for new members. Prior to the September box being released, I saw there was another promotion that stated with every September box purchased the different glasses would be added. I had changed my monthly subscription from every 2nd month to every month to take advantage of this special. Never mind, Ill be cancelling my subscription all the same.

Hey Dana, The glasses promotion was for new subscribers which you received in July when you signed up. This is very clear in our advertising. The September box contents are also clearly detailed on our website and in the email that you received prior to your September charge going through. The time taken for this months delivery is abysmal , our credit card was used for this months delivery fairly soon after the 1 st of September, here it is three weeks in to the month and we still don't have our delivery . If you are having issues with Australia Post , use another delivery service . We love your products and panache, but the delivery time is wearing a little thin .

Sorry about the AusPost delays this month Sharon! I have just checked your tracking and your gin is at the Post Office awaiting collection! Hope you get a chance to collect it and try it out soon. Please let us know if you have any other queries at all!

Mixed feelings ATM. Found the website cumbersome and not user friendly. Initial contact with the company due to issues was good. Received the order about 14 after order 😳 and missed my wife’s birthday, but did not received the bonus new member glasses. Got in touch with Garden Street and no response or contact since! I suppose they have the money now and that’s all that’s important! Subscription may not last much longer? 🤔

Hey Ross, please accept our most sincere apology for the delay with AusPost. As mentioned we did ship your order next business day and unfortunately the delivery didn't quite make it in time for your partners birthday. However, 6 business days from VIC to NSW using regular post is generally what we would expect to see, especially in this climate. In regards to the glasses you did not use the code we needed to add them into your order, no issues at all though, we can add these in to your next delivery if that suits? Finally, we have no record of you making contact with us prior, something strange must have happned there as we always respond to any customer support tickets within 24 hours (except weekends). Please let us know about the glasses, look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Josh
