“I still havent received my order!! not happy”

“Being a first time subscriber I was under the impression I also got the gin glass set. I have tried to add a photo, in circle top right it says bonus 700 ml bottle plus $85 gift for New members. I have rung your phone number 3 times and left a message and number for a call back with NO reply. 13/11 at 10.56am, 13/11 2.42pm and 18/11/25 4.12pm. VERY POOR.”

“i emailed prior to ordering about delivery. i'm not home until 6p and was told my gift could be delivered and left without signature. my order had to be returned because the postie wouldn't leave it. sad i didn't get to try your products.”

“I joined last month and received my first order .. with the commentary glasses . I was excited to get my second bottle only to find it is identical to my first order , sane gin, snacks , macaroons glitter abd chick pea chips .. Very disappointing, thought I would get different products each month .”

“Unfortunately both gins I received were not to my taste. In fact one I'd almost say undrinkable ! I'm sure you have some nice gins but in the future I will continue to purchase local guns that I can try beforehand.”

“I have been asked to do be a review, however I am yet to receive my purchase despite waiting weeks for it. So I can’t recommend or otherwise as I don’t know. What I do know is that I paid for this weeks ago and to date have not received the promised gin and bonus glasses that were supposed to be included. Very disappointing!”

Hey David, hope you are having a great week and so sorry to hear about your disappointment. Have just checked and can see that the team express posted a replacement for the damaged item for you already without charge - please let me know if there is anything else we can do to help on that front. Regarding authority to leave, there is a legal requirement to ensure that all deliveries are for a person over 18 and are not allowed to leave at the address unattended.
