I hadn't received my first box and was charged another 2 times for the following month and another charge that I had to call to get refunded. The girl I spoke to told me she would look into itvand call me back, she didn't, I had to call multiple times to get to the bottom of it, only to be told, we're sorry and you can cancel your subscription if you like, no resolution or desire to even try and keep me happy or as a customer, just sorry, we've put a hold on your next box in case you want to cancel but have already taken your money for that box but we can refund it. Very Disappointing treatment of a new customer and 0 customer service care factor. My subscription has now been cancelled!. No-one ever called back to follow up, I just received a generic email about thanking me for being a new member, obviously just very robotic and proved you're only a number.

Not tasted gin yet as GSGC sent order to old address in Qld even after I had phoned to ensure new address was recorded. It is still in ether somewhere after I entered new address details for Australia post. I ordered at beginning of December especially as a Christmas gin & not expecting it til early January - not as enjoyable when it’s this difficult to obtain I contacted GSGC and was offered no follow up support. My last order ever

Hey Jan, hope you are having a great festive season. Unfortunately when you placed your order, you still had your old address in the system. Because this wasn't updated, we shipped your gin there as we thought this is where you wanted it shipped to. As soon as we learnt that this was the wrong address, we have had the parcel re-directed to your new home, but there has, understandably, been a delay in shipping. We apologise for the delay and inconvenience and wish we could have gotten it to you in time for Christmas. All the best, Josh

Oh it would of been great to Be sipping on some gin about now since I Ordered back in November and still waiting on my delivery since November. My communication has been very poor forcing me to contact Australia post which I Still haven't heard nothing in connection with my purchase. Let's say I'm not a very camper !!

I had to order twice after the first package went missing- no follow up on trying to regain the insurance on the first package… perhaps a different delivery method is needed if aust post is so hopeless

Had to chase them up as they never told me they were out of stock at the time i ordered but took my money anyway. Said they would send express post when stock arrived but sent regular instead which took almost two weeks. Poor communication and dishonesty from this business has resulted in me using one of the many other businesses available

Hey Paul, so sorry to hear about your experience - this is the last thing we wanted! Unfortunately when we sell out of a monthly box, it is displayed where you go to purchase and if we had a spare one, we would have sent for you. As soon as we heard from you, we offered you a number of alternatives that we could ship immediately (express) or a full refund if more suitable but we never heard back from you. We made the assumption that you were ok to wait a few days for our December box to be released and start shipping and it seems that this was not what you wanted. I will pop you an email now to offer a range of solutions and make sure we make up for the inconvenience with your order. Cheers, Josh

your web site and its ability to function is costing your venture a lot of $ I tried on several occasions to buy something (gin) and the site crashed it would be great if you has on your site for sale not just dehydrated citrus hope you invest in a qualified IT person ongoing

Have 2 x coasting close to 200 bucks sitting with Australia post for over a month now. So not sure I can even Give a rating. Have emailed the company and sent messages via online chats and heard nothing.

Still have not received 1st order - ordered nearly 1 month ago! Was going to give to my daughter for her birthday but that past 2 weeks ago! Not a great experience so far!

There have been significant issues getting freight from the east coast to Perth over the last few months with the train derailment and subsequent backlog in Perth. The good news is I have just checked your tracking and it is due for delivery tomorrow! I am a new customer paid and joined on the 4 January - my order was dispatched sometime soon thereafter and her we are 24 January and no delivery has taken place . So you have had my money for over a month and no product. COVID disruptions are not an excuse as it has been around for two years. Be great if i had product to be able to make a fair assessment of the club. i have only joined as a two monthly subscription at this point in time. i expected new customers to be treated better.

Hey Mitchell, so sorry to hear about the delay with your first delivery. As you can see on the tracking link, your order was shipped on the 5th Jan from our end. Unfortunately, AusPost have been experiencing delays with shipping to WA throughout the pandemic and it hasn't arrived yet.
