“Although my delivery was lovely, I thought that I was going to receive the cute enamel mugs instead of the stemless glasses that I did receive, I’m not sure why… perhaps the advertising was confusing…”

“This was my least favourite box I have recieved so far. The gin this month wasn't particularly flavourful to me, it had a much stronger alcohol after-taste than the other bottles I've recieved and I would find myself halfway through a glass...just not enjoying it. I usually love my gin boxes but this one wasn't a good fit. I also didn't enjoy the snacks which were paired with this month's box. The coke bottle lollies didn't taste very good - they definitely tasted like they were supposed to be healthy.”

“I was a little disappointed by the gin I received. In my opinion is lacked any detectable difference from a commonly purchased British gin. The packaging and the welcome gifts were much appreciated and I'm sure it would make a lovely gift. Thank you, Rachel”

“You guys have been great but for bulk Xmas orders I think you should use a customer excel spreadsheet to track. As Catherine was a recipient of one of your gift sets. Kishanti Kunalen (myself) under KR Connect (company) was the buyer. All my gifts (7 ordered) ignored my personalised note and said from Catherine. So in the end I had to call all my clients to make sure they got it and knew it was me. It’s an error I understand but can be avoided. Your product and packaging itself is a 10/10. I will use you again”

“I looked forward to receiving my special package and have only just tasted the Garden Street Gin.Unfortunately I was disappointed at the taste I gesss I was expecting something really exceptional and in my case it wasn't so. I am really sorry but I would like to cancel my subscription for all future deliveries. Have a very happy Chrismas,”

“Love the idea and joined with the Black Friday special… I was hoping the gins would be great so hubby would be happy for me to continue, but unfortunately the gins were just ‘ok’, so we won’t be continuing. Australia Post tardiness doesn’t help - a courier could be more reliable.”

“Loved the service. Products beautifully presented. I followed the recipe with the juniper berries and the freeze dried orange. Honestly it was pleasant. I was a little underwhelmed to be honest I expected more.”

“I love the product but found your website hard to deal with. i was trying to buy a gin box for my daughter in law for her birthday. i was wanting to get the 99.00 one. I have a subscription to the gin club which I have put on hold for the time being. It seems that the only way i could do this was to restart my subscription. I did try and ring and speak to someone but left a message and as yet havent received a call back.”
