Boxed presentation of products excellent and a pleasure to receive at the front door. Alchemy gin pleasant, but probably wouldn't buy it. East Imperial tonic has what I could only describe as a 'chemical' taste. Avocado chips and dried garnishes just don't do it for me! Thanks

Hey Linda, so sorry to hear about the delay with AusPost. We've just spoken with them and aren't confident that they know where your gin is.. To fix this, we have arranged for a new one to be popped in the mail today for you. Hope this one arrives quickly and please let us know if there is anything else at all we can do to help. Delighted to receive the package! Snacks were delicious but little disappointed with misfire gin. Not quite like the taste unfortunately.

Hello, I ordered 2 boxes. I’ve only received 1. The one I received was beautiful but they were both to be gifts and I still have not received the second box it’s been just over two weeks now? Please can you find out what is happening? Kind Regards, Carole 0415277727

Very disappointed that the free crystal gin glasses did not arrive with my order. I did follow all the details for this to be on the first order but no success. Difficult to get on to those responsible for ensuring concerns. Being a new customer this does not bode well for further orders.

Hi! Loved the gin and the quick delivery - my husband loved it as his birthday present. :) However, I’m not sure if I did/didn’t correctly enter the promo code but I didn’t receive the free gin glasses in our first order.

The joining and ordering process for the Garden Street Gin Club is easy and the delivery is fast. My only criticism is that the code for'bonus'if a friend joins the club does not work. I made a comment regarding the matter when I joined last month but there has been no follow up from the club. Disappointing on both levels. Susan McQuinn

Please do something about Australia Post as a carrier. I am still waiting on my August order despite it being sent on 5 August. It is stuck (according to tracking) at a delivery centre and in transit - this has been the case for 12 days. I lodged an enquiry with Aus Post and they will not even look at it until it's been two weeks overdue (according to THEIR shipping estimates!). I love your product, but if things like this keep happening, I'll be reviewing my subscription. Thanks!

We have tried a number of different couriers in the past to find the best postal option for our members and have found that overall, AusPost is the most consistent. I loved the visual presentation of the box and all the snacks and extras. Also loved the fact that all the packaging is compostable (so did my children!). However, whilst I was excited by the description of the Jindilli gin, I found the actual flavour raw and disappointing. It did not have any hint of native raspberry or elderflower to me, and I haven’t enjoyed it.

Hey Lisa, unfortunately, we weren't running that promotion when you joined but I am glad you were able to get your hands on one of the limited edition Four Pillars boxes! The club itself is great to be a part of however I found the process to get heard about a product that was not to my taste long and drawn out. No one called me back and I eventually received an email. It would be nice if they worked on the customer service side of things. Most gins chosen are good, pairings with dried fruits ect need to be larger portions of the dried parings as you only get a few. Well packed box with no risk of breakage. Would like to see a little more in it for the money tho.
