“Initially was very impressed however I have found my last couple of gins received (Big Red & Puss & Mew) were a lot to be desired. Puss & Mew in particular (especially with the pairing of apple pieces and midnight mixers amber tonic) I found a real let down. Have tried drinking the gin even with a standard (plain) tonic doesn’t help. At $100 a pop, this is not cheap nor is it something that I wish to continue with therefore three strikes… and I am out. Such high hopes!”

“Indirectrly associated with Gin Club - AusPost didnt delivert - altough people home, so needed to collect from Post Office. The Honey Gin, as part of the Black Friday sale, wasnt too our taste at all. Couldnt drink it”

“Love the gin, order and delivery was simple. I am disappointed in the false advertising that I would get the gifts with first purchase, I did not and became of this, would not recommend to friends or family.”

“quick service but the quality of the Gin received in November was pretty ordinary, i signed up because a mate got the October gin and it was pretty but I was disappointed with the one received as was the mate that talked me into joining.”

“Very happy with the idea…the club. Not a big fan of the first shipment I received (Blackman’s Bay). The gin tasted too much like ethanol. I tried it with fevertree tonic and I liked it better. I plan to try it with the elderflower one…haven’t yet but I think that will tone down the ethanol taste.”

“I enjoyed the goodies that I received and it was packaged beautifully. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy the quality of the gin. I compared it with another gin with the same botanicals and I felt it was way too sharp on flavour and not mellow and mature like the other gin. So for now I will be putting a stop the future gin parcels.”

“The idea is good. However, there are only enough garnishes and tonic to make 2 drinks, so you can't invite friends over to share the experience as the advertisement proclaims. For the same money, you could buy a new Gin every month from your local bottle shop, snacks and garnishes from store, and have the same experience with enough to share with family and friends. The first order with the glasses and accessories is good value, but I can't see that I will continue unless Garden Street up there game.”

“It’s great value but the gin I received had A LOT of sediment. We did a tasting and it was delicious but we probably won’t drink any more because of the particles. I don’t know if it’s a quality issue or it just didn’t travel well. I joined for this specific gin and given the issues we’ve paused the subscription to rethink.”
