Beautifully packaged with lots of yummy treats inside. Just wasn’t a fan of the flavour of the gin at all. The mixed can was lovely though.

As this was a gift I can't comment on the product however the ordering process was simple and easy . The item arrived 11 days after purchase and while the gift set was beautifully wrapped and the gin was intact, the tonic water bottle was smashed which meant I had to remove all glass and ultimately the gin as the contents were wet. Images below for your reference.

Sorry, but this month's gin was very ordinary - Blackmans Bay Botanical Gin is not good. Fundamental distilling errors - the rank taste of the tops is not what you expect in a Gin that they say is worth $75 for 500ml. This is the second dud gin in a couple of months. I love the club, I love the presentation and the goodies, and I love the work you guys put into preparing the booklet for each month's box. I love everything about it but you're being let down by some second rate gin. I'd rather drink Gordon's than the stuff from Blackmans. It's not a matter of it being a different taste from what I'm used to, that's why I'm here. I want to try different gins, but this one is just not a good gin by any measure.

The packaging was divine. The gin has a very strong taste and not one that I like. But the quality and presentation are fantastic. Does not taste like gin.

Thanks for the Opportunity to leave a review. I would love to tell you how I found the July gin, but I'm still waiting for it!, But, let me explain. 2 months ago, when you changed your computer system I went missing and received an email saying how sorry you were to see me go. As I had not gone anywhere, a phone call rectified the situation and I was reinstated. However, my address was incorrectly transferred and las months delivery finally found its way here, thanks to Aust Post sending it to the local P.O.. This was not made aware to me as the delivery was collected by my daughter in my absence overseas. This month we were not so lucky and AustPost have, appently, returned the gin to you. Again, another phone call was required and I was assured that the gin would be sent to me as soon as it arrived back in the warehouse! Also, I would be kept updated on developments. STILL WAITING FOR BOTH! I am definitely cancelling my next months delivery, most probably cancelling the month after that and possibly my subscription totally. we have been sick so have not have time to taste the gin and sad because the tonics that came with it is now far past the best before date because it only had a week on it when recieved but looking foward to the next one hopefully everything will be in date in that one

Two identical tonics, no dried fruit or anything to make cocktails out of. Gin is good. Overall package is underwhelming

Love the gin. Love the extras and the glasses. However I joined on recommendation of grace abbey who I understood was receive gin glasses and $10 off her next order. I was also to get $10 off my order. What happened?

gin nice but I ordered from a facebook ad that said you got free gift- 2 gin glasses which I didn't receive. wouldn't have ordered otherwise. Disappointed . Now cant log in or get a reset password

Thanks Josh, Yes I did receive the glasses in July. I do recall seeing that those glasses were specifically for new members. Prior to the September box being released, I saw there was another promotion that stated with every September box purchased the different glasses would be added. I had changed my monthly subscription from every 2nd month to every month to take advantage of this special. Never mind, Ill be cancelling my subscription all the same.

Hey Dana, The glasses promotion was for new subscribers which you received in July when you signed up. This is very clear in our advertising. The September box contents are also clearly detailed on our website and in the email that you received prior to your September charge going through. The time taken for this months delivery is abysmal , our credit card was used for this months delivery fairly soon after the 1 st of September, here it is three weeks in to the month and we still don't have our delivery . If you are having issues with Australia Post , use another delivery service . We love your products and panache, but the delivery time is wearing a little thin .
