My first order was lost, the replacement order was incorrect and this was sorted out on the third attempt.

I am sorry but the first bottle of gin I recieved was the Alchemy Distillers 5 year Anniversary bottle and unfortunately I did not like it at all, I mixed it with tonic, ice and a slice of lemon but this gine was definetly not to my liking.

My October was sent to wrong address, then a replacement was sorted, but then another was dispatched in November, which was not ordered

I have been advised twice that my order has been delivered and I am yet to see it. What happened to the most recent delivery? The first one went to some address in Victoria. Sue Beston

not all products are received were the correct ones ( ordered lime slices but were not included), package did not come in a gift box so I could not offer it. I really like the nice handwriting on the thank you gift card which was included in my gift box but still the staff told me that they did not realise the order was to be send as a gift ! I am under the impression the delivery time was not that quick. It took 5-6 days as far as I can remember, maybe I am wrong only on this..

Beautifully packaged with lots of yummy treats inside. Just wasn’t a fan of the flavour of the gin at all. The mixed can was lovely though.

As this was a gift I can't comment on the product however the ordering process was simple and easy . The item arrived 11 days after purchase and while the gift set was beautifully wrapped and the gin was intact, the tonic water bottle was smashed which meant I had to remove all glass and ultimately the gin as the contents were wet. Images below for your reference.

Sorry, but this month's gin was very ordinary - Blackmans Bay Botanical Gin is not good. Fundamental distilling errors - the rank taste of the tops is not what you expect in a Gin that they say is worth $75 for 500ml. This is the second dud gin in a couple of months. I love the club, I love the presentation and the goodies, and I love the work you guys put into preparing the booklet for each month's box. I love everything about it but you're being let down by some second rate gin. I'd rather drink Gordon's than the stuff from Blackmans. It's not a matter of it being a different taste from what I'm used to, that's why I'm here. I want to try different gins, but this one is just not a good gin by any measure.

The packaging was divine. The gin has a very strong taste and not one that I like. But the quality and presentation are fantastic. Does not taste like gin.

Thanks for the Opportunity to leave a review. I would love to tell you how I found the July gin, but I'm still waiting for it!, But, let me explain. 2 months ago, when you changed your computer system I went missing and received an email saying how sorry you were to see me go. As I had not gone anywhere, a phone call rectified the situation and I was reinstated. However, my address was incorrectly transferred and las months delivery finally found its way here, thanks to Aust Post sending it to the local P.O.. This was not made aware to me as the delivery was collected by my daughter in my absence overseas. This month we were not so lucky and AustPost have, appently, returned the gin to you. Again, another phone call was required and I was assured that the gin would be sent to me as soon as it arrived back in the warehouse! Also, I would be kept updated on developments. STILL WAITING FOR BOTH! I am definitely cancelling my next months delivery, most probably cancelling the month after that and possibly my subscription totally. we have been sick so have not have time to taste the gin and sad because the tonics that came with it is now far past the best before date because it only had a week on it when recieved but looking foward to the next one hopefully everything will be in date in that one

Two identical tonics, no dried fruit or anything to make cocktails out of. Gin is good. Overall package is underwhelming
