I am a new customer paid and joined on the 4 January - my order was dispatched sometime soon thereafter and her we are 24 January and no delivery has taken place . So you have had my money for over a month and no product. COVID disruptions are not an excuse as it has been around for two years. Be great if i had product to be able to make a fair assessment of the club. i have only joined as a two monthly subscription at this point in time. i expected new customers to be treated better.
