“I have enjoyed receiving my 3 monthly deliveries from the Gin Club. The quality and variety of the gin has been great, the mixers and garnishes good too. The addition of sweet and savoury treats has been good, a little hit and miss as far as what I like, but a good way to try some new things.”

“The package was fabulous and the gin lovely however the time from ordering to delivery was a bit lengthy. Unfortunately a common occurrence at the moment. Can't wait for our next delivery in March”

“My Gin arrived beautiful packed and the presentation was excellent. I love the Gin, great to try something new and interesting from interstate. I just wasn’t a fan of the lemon slice that seemed out of place with everything else.”

“I really enjoyed the gin selected, the glasses are of high quality and the snacks alongside were pretty good. I love that the gin comes in eco friendly packaging, and it was fun to try the cocktail recipe suggested in the booklet.”

“Thank you. Our first pack was good value. We are very spoiled with gin choice here in Adelaide so it was good to try something different. However the Red Lime gin was not a favourite. Not a complaint as this is what the club is about and I’m sure not everyone likes everything every time. We found it not as refined as we would have liked with the citrus very overpowering. That does not mean it is not a good product though just not for us. Many producers settle on 500ml bottles of craft Gin so 700ml is a plus. In relation to the webcast. We are subscription members with an Adelaide producer and they do a fantastic job. Perhaps our expectations were a little too high. We did find that the system you use was foreign to us and took some time to work out how to Cast to the TV. It might be of value if you always include connection and user tips in your invite or confirmation emails. Especially for new users. It took us a while to work out how to make the presenter full screen. We saw lots of people eating getting up and moving about etc. Lastly presenting is not everyone’s comfortable place. We found the cocktail session hard to hear a lot of the time. And also hard to focus on what was happening. We do compliment the producers on their passion and dedication. Again this is feedback not a complaint. Our attraction to try garden street was the value of the first pack including the glasses. We are evaluating if the club is for us and if we continue our subscription. Thank you GC for your efforts in driving small producers. I would think you do this for ❤️ Not for a lot of money so good on you. Cheers Eric”

“I really look forward to my monthly box and enjoy the masterclasses - so much so I wanted my daughter in Queensland to join in the fun and so got her a subscription for her birthday. My only complaint isn't anything Garden St can probably help with - shipping :-( Australia Post usually sends my order by surface mail which means it nearly always goes by ship. That is forever being delayed as the company contracted to bring our mail is a private business which also seeks other shipping work across SE Asia which also suffers delays and then further impacts on the IOT route. I only got my order sent in August last week and 3 boxes turned up at once last month. Never any of them in time for the masterclass. Great products, great packaging, great value - really beautiful styling.”

“I have been receiving Garden Street Gin boxes for several years now. I am a fan. I always enjoy the gin choices and love the variety. I have enjoyed the added snacks and mixers - finding some new favourites amongst them. I small criticism would be that the most recent box seemed to be lighter on contents than normal. Also, I was disappointed that although there was some feedback by other subscribers given on Facebook, concerning some glasses offered to new subscribers, no action seems to have been forthcoming. There was a mention from Garden Street that there was a "surprise" of a similar ilk coming for loyal subscribers, but no such gift eventuated. I understand that the boxes are quite good value as is, but rewards for loyalty are greatly appreciated and perhaps should not have been mentioned at all if they were not going to eventuate”

Hey Tracey! Thanks soo much for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback, we love having you as part of the club. I thought it was worthwhile pointing out that we launched our bonus referral program for loyal members in December where all members who referred a friend would be given a set of the gorgeous Plumm gin glasses too. Our loyalty program is also coming and we have been working very hard behind the scenes on getting this set up (but has proven to be quite a large job to get it to where we want it to be and taken much longer than we initially thought). We hope to have this up and running by the end of March for everyone!

“Only issue I’ve had is logging. I reset my password each time I’ve tried to log in as it continually doesn’t recognise it. Apart from that, loved the boxes I’ve either purchased as gifts or for myself. Love to support small local business.”

“My first Garden Street box. Lovely presentation. My first foray in to the new boutique gins. I received the free glasses and I just love to make up a gin and tonic with ice and a slice of citrus. Love the gin, love the glasses and love the tonic, especially the Artisan pink citrus tonic. Can’t wait for my next delivery!!”

“Would love the option to swap months when gins announced It’s good to try different guns but there are some flavours I know I won’t like that much But otherwise I love how it makes me try new things and overall have enjoyed the boxes”
