“Great dyes, hard to find something vegan, cruelty free and gentle. Love the natural colour it gives, it makes my greys go a lovely deep copper colour, so they don't disappear and you don't get a solid block colour, looks like expensive low lights instead! Really conditions my hair, been using for a few years now, no need to look for an alternative, as it is and does everything I'm looking for.”

“I love this hair dye. With grey hair it comes out a pale Goldie colour but as a semi permanent it fades slowly and looks natural, so many people comment on it. It's easy to apply.”

Hi Gill, sorry to hear you had issues ordering. From the emails you’ve sent us, you reported you needed to supply verification in order to pay. This is not part of our website, however the pop ups that your bank generates when you check out may ask for this. It is part of a mandatory system called 3D secure. Our offer was a free of charge upgrade to the tracked 24 hour service, which is usually an extra £1.70. I've checked your order and we charged you £4.25 (standard delivery) but upgraded your order free of charge to the next day service, which would usually be £5.95.
