“I've been using Gentle Hair Dye for about 10 years now. I started using Palest Soft Gold Blonde to a) Cover greys but not my slightly darker base colour (effectively gives me golden highlights) b) reduce the amount of time spent at the hairdressers having highlights and base tint c) to improve the condition of my hair as salon colouring was destroying my hair leaving it brittle d) to save money - lots! It has always worked fantastically. It's an amazing product and I absolutely love it. In the 10 years I've been using it, I've gone much greyer, only no-one (including me!) sees the grey because I regularly colour with this so I've just gone gradually blonder - but still my base colour is darker than the Palest Soft Gold Blonde, so it still looks multi-tonal / highlighted. It's so convenient, the products so harmless, the service so excellent - that I cannot imagine what I'd do without it! I'm just writing this having used my last packet (I buy three at a time to save on postage) and reordering.”

Dear Elena, I'm so sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with one of our products. It looks like you've been using our Water Colour for a few years, but recently tried a new brand we're stocking. We carefully select products that are gentle, but even with totally natural products (such as Henna) some people can still experience a reaction. When this happens, we always like to put things right, so I'll ask one of our team to give you a call and see what we can do. Though we know a reaction is never pleasant, we'd like to provide you with a more suitable dye (perhaps some more Water Colour) or a refund. “I have been using this company and their hair dye since 2007, after chemotherapy treatment. I like the natural ingredients which is kind to my hair. My only negative comment is the time it takes for the hair colour to take; 45-60 minutes, to cover the grey hair. I use it when I am not in a hurry! I do recommend this product. Delivery is always quick and this company is friendly and helpful.”
