“Prompt delivery, colour charts provide good indication of final colour, and have got compliments. Usually buy in bulk when there is a special offer. Have used this brand of hair colour for past 14 years.”

“Gentle hair dye is wonderful, I found it when looking for cruelty free colours. Unlike other products, including ones at salons they don’t irritate your scalp or dry out the hair, in fact they are brilliant conditioning, leaving your hair soft & silky, even dry grey hair. I don’t know what I’d do without them 😀 Keep making them !!”

“I have been using watercolours for around 15 years and I wouldn't use anything else. I love that there are no harmful chemicals and that it's gentle on the scalp. My hair is coloured completely with watercolour including greys and the colour is amazing!”

“Had cause to contact customer services to amend my hair colour subscription. Initially, received an automated informative response advising me of office times, with an assurance that my correspondence would be dealt with, within 1 working day. It was indeed dealt with, within a couple of hours, a courteous email from Charlotte who subsequently amended my subscription as requested. Thank you.”

“If you are looking for a kinder and more natural way to colour your hair this is it. I have been using it for my menopausal stressed hair and its as gentle as it says it is. The subscription option makes it even easier because now I don't have to think about when I am going to run out as it arrives at an interval that suits my own hair. The tones make it look natural, especially when it is starting to fade. It is a different way of dying your own hair and temperature is key worth the different approach as I am left with healthy and well conditioned hair afterwards, instead of stressed hair that breaks.”

“Great product that uses water to give a long (permanent) colour to the hair. I mix a couple of the shades to add highlights and low lights to give a range of shades to the hair. It does not dry the hair out and hair feels soft and conditioned, looks natural and i gets lots of compliments on the colour.”

“The hair colourant is very natural looking and does not harm or irritate my head or hair at all. I have sensitive skin and must be careful, but have no problem with this. The colours are exactly what I was looking for, very close to my natural colour. The subscription service is handy, especially that I can control it myself. Friendly and pro company. Pleased.”

“Very easy to use and no chemical smells. You know what you are putting on your hair is natural and not going to damage it in any way. Having been through chemo a couple of times and been left with very fine thin hair, I wanted something that would cover the grey bits but not damage either me or my hair. There are lots of shades to choose from and finding one to match my natural colour was very easy. I have just started on the 6 weekly subscription which is great as it gives me a reminder without the hassle of re-ordering myself. Would definitely recommend.”
