“Ordered my stuff on 11/28 and the courier still hasn’t received the product. Sent an email and also messaged through the website but still no response. I checked google and this store seems notorious for not responding, not issuing refunds and straight up taking money from customers. I will wait another week before I reach out to my credit card company. I ordered gunpla from other stores on 11/28 and I’ve ready received them last week. Even my order from JAPAN came faster than this store. If they at least replies to messages I would be more understanding. It is safe to say I will never order from here again.”

“It took about two weeks to simply create the shipping label. The package still hasn't even shipped yet. Maybe the name of the store is more apt than I had initially thought. I wasn't expecting service to move at a glacial speed.”
“Used to be good, but they haven't responded to my messages in months now and I still have a pending preorder with them from November 2021. Don't preorder anything from them, their backlog is ridiculous and the lack of communication makes it impossible for me to recommend them to anyone in good faith.”
“It took over 1.5 years (April 2022 -> Dec 2023 ) to receive my item. I'm happy I finally received my item, and this wasn't a scam, but by now, I've found many other sites that had the item for even cheaper than the initial pre-order discount price.”
“Liem responded very quickly to my email regarding my order status. He promptly addressed the shipping delay and my item was shipped within 1-2 business days after my inquiry. It took about a week to ship. I paid $10 for shipping. When my item arrived the box was damaged. The corner is badly crumbled. I took a few photos and emailed them to Liem with my concern. He did not respond. I find the lack of response to be a bit concerning. I would hope the owner would make things right with at least a discount coupon. I bought this item as a present and I’m deeply disappointed by the damaged product. I hope Liem does better for future customers, I will not be purchasing from Glacier Hobbies again.”
“It took a week for me to get a shipping confirmation. Ironically this was only a couple days after I sent an email about my order not being shipped. It then took a couple more days for it to actually start moving via UPS. I got my items so I won't give you one star, but I wish there was more communication with myself about my order. Especially when I asked about it.”

We are sorry about the delays. The delays are due to a distribution having issues that are affecting all US based stores. We are trying to work with them as well as trying to source items from international distributions to try to limit the delays.

“I’d love to write a review of the products, but they are not here yet. Bought them because it said delivery date of dec 15-19; well before xmas. yeah. on the 19th a label was slapped on a ups box and tracking shows everything still sitting in CA. no option even given to have them shipped in a faster manner - even after i emailed *again* offering to pay more since they said they were too busy to get orders out in the promised time frame. 👎👎👎so now i get to hopefully relieve these and THEN go onto pay another shipping cost to get them to the visiting recipient - who will have left by my now quoted date of 12/29.”
