“I recently had the 30 mins facial treatment with Ms. Sophia at the KLCC branch, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Ms. Sophia is a true professional. She was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Before starting the treatment, she took the time to discuss my skin concerns. This made me feel confident that she understood what I was looking for. Throughout the treatment, Ms. Sophia's expert technique, ability to create a relaxing atmosphere made the entire experience incredibly enjoyable. My skin is glowing!”

“Service at the Mid Valley outlet is very good. I i especially like the staff named Chia Sin. But I don’t like the latest procedure of signing after treatment. It’s a waste of paper and time. The Management should aim for paperless record for sustainability.”

“Why Glo have become downgraded & backdated by using paperwork document to sign after each treatment being done ? Why not using digitally ? Go-Green is encourage and also after registering for treatment or appointment there should be a record which day and what treatment we have done.”
