“Why Glo have become downgraded & backdated by using paperwork document to sign after each treatment being done ? Why not using digitally ? Go-Green is encourage and also after registering for treatment or appointment there should be a record which day and what treatment we have done.”

“Went to do my Skinfix treatment at Glo Sunway Pyramid, my treatment was done by Lidya she was very rush with the treatment. Didn’t remove my make up properly also. Not a good service.”

“Bad experience at Sunway Glo ! Did my treatment last week with a Malay girl. Name Lidya. Not professional and the outlet manager not friendly very pushy. Both approaching their treatment packages like market. Very cheap attitude.”

“Rheshah was so friendly and efficient however Sunway Pyramid was seriously short of manpower..only 2 staffs were working on weekend. Took me sometime to queue and wait for treatment. Hope the management will look into the manpower issue.”

“i never get any treatment from BV branch. i tried getting an appointment at BV some months back (before MCO) but no available slots.”
