“I have been going to the Mid Valley branch for years. But recently, I find the staff are so pushy that I feel so reluctant to go for my treatment. Every time I go, they will try to push me to buy more packages even though I still have more than 10 sessions left…”

“Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. No 'good morning' or welcome greeting but was just told 'take a seat' like in a government office. Heard the staff chat behind and am still waiting to be attended. Not the kind of treatment I expect from a place like this. Came here for my trial session and already considering whether to give it a miss. Very disappointing. Was so much looking forward to it.”

“My ratings: 1) Service by my therapist - Emily @ MV: 4/5. Thanks for being friendly and patient with my requests. 2) Prices : Products 3.5/5 (lack of varieties and products don't come with proper packaging) Prices : facial package 4/5 (reasonable) 3) Overall customer service by the rest of the staffs: 3.5/5 except for one staff whom i don’t know her name, she deserves 0 rating because she greeted and offered beverage to her own customer who just walked into the store and did not even bother to greet or offer me anything even though i was seen sitting & waiting at the lounge for a while already. 4) Treatment room ambient: 1.5/5 (definitely not the most comfortable environment especially it can be really noisy and annoying when you can hear other people’s conversations, however i can still fall asleep easily when i’m really tired so it’s not too shabby sometimes.)”
