Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. No 'good morning' or welcome greeting but was just told 'take a seat' like in a government office. Heard the staff chat behind and am still waiting to be attended. Not the kind of treatment I expect from a place like this. Came here for my trial session and already considering whether to give it a miss. Very disappointing. Was so much looking forward to it.
