Bonjour, Merci pour votre commentaire. L'équipe et moi même sommes super content de vous lire. Un nouveau fan du régime kéto qui suit son odyssée kéto avec nous, génial ! Nous procédons les commandes au plus vite (dès que nous les recevons) ce qui fait qu'en général celles-ci sont envoyées dans la journée ou le lendemain. Nous faisons le maximum pour que vous receviez votre commande au plus tôt (soit entre 3 et 6 jours ouvrés). Une belle journée, Bien cordialement, Guillaume, Service clientèle

Nous sommes fiers de la qualité de nos produits et nous sommes contents quand ils sont appréciés comme tu viens de nous le confirmer :) En ce qui concerne la livraison, celle-ci prend en général une petite semaine pour arriver en France. Nous sommes désolés que celle-ci t'ai paru si longue mais celle ci dépends des délais postaux qui peuvent prendre un peu plus de temps quelques fois. Une bonne journée, Guillaume, Service clientèle

“Muy f?cil, cuando estoy por Madrid en el centro de salud, la surten a mi mujer de tiras para controlar la glucosa, y cuando nos marchamos a la segunda residencia, las solicito a ustedes pues gasta un m?nimo de tres tiras diarias, pues es insulina dependiente y aqu? para la maquina que usa, en el centro de salud, no usan las vuestras.
