“Leur annonce passe sur Facebook et là ils te disent 29 € par mois. Bah pas du tout ils te prennent 64 € en tout …en plus de tes 29 €. Et là tu payes 93 € pour ta première fois sur ce site . C’est absolument pas correct, c’est un site à oublier. 👎”

“Erst wurde meine Bestellung nicht ausgeliefert. Nachdem ich den Kundendienst kontaktierte, hieß es, dass es einen technischen Fehler gab, und sie die Bestellung erneut eingegeben mussten. Allerdings wären jetzt die Lanzetten ausverkauft und würden nachgeliefert werden. Gut kann passieren. In der Lieferung waren dann allerdings doch Lanzetten enthalten aber absolute Billigware, die im Verkauf über 60% weniger kosten. Ich hatte Go Keto dann kontaktiert, dass ich dann wenigstens die Differenz gut geschrieben bekommen möchte. Zwei Emails schrieb ich, ohne irgendeine Reaktion. Eine absolute Unverschämtheit.”

“Le colis étape mal emballé... résultat 1 boîte de poudre MCT et 2 boîte de café ont explosé et il y avait plein de poudre dans tous le carton. 80 euros de perdu par votre faute.”

“Los productos son una maravilla, muy buenos y prácticos. La app funciona muy bien. El servicio de entrega es pésimo. Tardaron 2 semanas en entregar. DHL no entregó en el lugar sinó lo dejó en un punto de recogida cuando yo estaba en casa. He vuelto a comprar y lo mismo. Reclamé que habían llegado en mal estado, explotó una mermelada, estaba mal protegida, y se mojo y ensució todo, y me volvieron a enviar solo los que estaban rotos, una parte. La nueva entrega llegó tarde y volvia a tener una bolsa de producto rota. Buenos productos, mal transporte, me dan un resultado de experiencia de compra nefasto.”

“Unreachable, no products received! I can’t get in contact in any way, not by the contact form nor call nor mail, there is no response. I ordered the complete keto meter plus the strips ect. I Paid but I haven’t received anything not an invoice nor confirmation of order or delivery. I paid € 106,88!!!! Where is my order???”

“Den einen Stern gibt es nur, weil keiner nicht geht. Weder bekomme ich eine Antwort auf meine Mail, noch bekomme ich die Ware! Selbst eine Versandbestätigung habe ich bisher nicht erhalten! Ich habe schon bei Paypal um Klärung gebeten. Es grenzt an Frechheit mich noch nach meiner Meinung zu fragen!”

“Ik heb nog steeds mijn bestelling niet binnen die ik heb 10 januari heb besteld. Ik heb go keto al 3 e-mails gestuurd waar niet op wordt gereageerd!! Het was een bestelling van 100 euro, dus niet zomaar iets ook. Ik ben heel teleurgesteld in de gang van zaken. Waar is mijn pakket??!!”
