“Er was een product kapot gegaan tijden het versturen. Na contact met klantenservice werd mij een oplossing aangeboden; ik kon met een speciale code het desbetreffende product bij mijn volgende bestelling toevoegen. Wat concreet betekende dat ik dus wel nog een extra bestelling moest doen. Een ogenschijnlijk goede oplossing maar vooral in het voordeel van verkoper. Niet helemaal okay. Daarom drie sterren. Producten zijn verder prima.”

“The products and shipments are great! the website keep asking me to enter my name and last name and address at the checkout each time I want to finalize an order even though I am logged in!! It's so annoying because whenever I add something new to my cart or (even a coupon code!), I have to re-enter all my info. Actually, I didn't repurchase this week because of that specific reason; it was too annoying after i had to re-enter my address for the 5th time so I gave up on it all together”

“I love the Go-Keto products in general, and that's why I re-ordered them. But this time, I ordered 3 bottles of MCT oil (Organic MCT Oil Keto Premium Coconut C8/C10 Go-Keto 500ml) and the package arrived broken. The first time it got damaged and somehow got sent back to you after weeks, without me being able to do anything about it. After that, you offered me to send the order again, assuring me it would reach me fast. But this time the same thing happened, meaning it lasted weeks, where the package got damaged, but this time the post office fixed it and forwarded to me. This took a long time, and when it arrived, one of the bottles was 50% emptied - obviously the packaging was not fitting to the content. These glas bottles need better protection. The bottle was not broken, but the package damaged and the bottle had lost half of its content. Therefore I kindly ask you for some concession on the payment, and please take better care of the packaging in the future.”

“ap is so far okay, hits to current gki or keto status would be helpful, diagram possibilities should be improved, some values are not correct or not as inserted, keto diagram (e.g. ranges as backgroundcolors) On adding a new messaured value, date/time could be the current one as default HW works fine, I had already some destroys measure stick, they didn't work and produce an error so far stick kinda expensive”

“Do not get the glucose strips; readings are inconsistent and all over the place. I wrote other reviews on their website under each product I bought and nothing appears about 1 month later. For the keto metering strips, I just hope they are OK because I can't compare them with any other measuring device in the market. The device is easy to use as well as the process of measuring but there is no way to export data from the app at the moment. The urine strips are kind of OKish for ketones, but useless for glucose since they do not catch variation.”
