“I ordered a Canna from Golden Valley, particularly having read very positive reviews about how well packed the plants were, arriving in very good condition. Unfortunately, my Canna was packed in a box that was too short for the plant's height and the packer simply closed the lid and broke the flowers that were above the box level. It arrived, bashed about and with no flowers surviving.
However, I rang the company immediately, and explained the situation and let them know that there was a problem with their Dispatch. I spoke to a very helpful lady, Nicola, and sent her a couple of photos as evidience. She was very apologetic and arranged a replacement to be sent out directly. She also followed up to confirm when the plan had been sent. I cannot fault her response and on this basis would shop with Golden Valley again, with confidence.”
“Plants were very good and healthy although one was definitely smaller than the other. Unfortunately the courier used had damaged the box they came in and there were some leaves that had been chopped off as a consequence hence the loss of one star on this review”

I'm very sorry to hear that there was some damage in transit, plants can be quite hard to ship in one piece and while we do our best there are some times when a plant can get knocked about on the way to you. Typically the plants will grow on over the next couple of weeks and will end up being absolutely fine in the long run, however if the plant ends up suffering at all because of any damages then please contact us straight away and we will sort this out for you in any way possible.
