“Plants were delivered well packaged. However they were described as in bloom, this was not the case with two out of three of the dahlias I had purchased. Needless to say I am very disappointed with my order.”

We were sorry that you were disappointed with the wildlife collection we sent - we have offered several alternatives including delivering shade loving plants to replace the original 3 wildlife plants. “The plant arrived in excellent condition. I have rated it only 3 because of the excessive amount of packaging. The box was both very tall, long and wide. On opening I found the plant securely fitted into a small corner with all the rest just empty space. A box half the depth, width and length would have been sufficient. This would surely have cost less both in materials and postage,and would have made it far easier for me to break up for recycling.”
Thank you for leaving your review on our packaging. We usually have a great selection of boxes to best fit the plants ordered. However we were running low on smaller boxes that day and would have rather sent it out to you directly than wait for our box delivery. Your feedback is much appreciated.
“The plants were beautifully packed & so arrived in very good condition.
However I noticed that they were obviously right at end of season as they were pot bound...in fact with one larger plant it was so enmeshed in tangled roots that it was almost impossible to get it out of the pot.
Maybe think about this & ensure that we customers receive plants that are younger if atall possible?”

Thank you for your comments, feedback is always really appreciated as we're always trying to improve the service! I'm sorry to hear that you felt your plants were overgrown, we do send out plants at later stages than a lot of other online retailers to ensure our customers have the ability to get the plants they want for an extended period, whilst also giving them more established plants that can give more instant impact, however they shouldn't ever be overgrown in their pots. If your plants suffer to any extent due to this then please let me know and we will sort this out for you straight away.
