The plants l received were in a very distressed state, not in their pots, just lying in the bottom of the box which was in a bad state, looked to have been crushed and thrown around, L complained to the delivery company, I did manage to revive the plants,doing reasonably well now, unfortunately I don't have any photos.

Dear Kenneth, thanks so much for taking the time to write yuor review. I shall email you in a moment to discuss resending you the plants you ordered. We are able to see from DX communications as to how they were delivered and will of course organise replacements where necessary. I look forward to remedying this unfortunate situation.

For some reason I only received the plants yesterday despite confirmation that they had been successfully delivered last Wednesday. The Manager of my apartment block checked cctv footage and no delivery had been made. I now have my plants but they are in need of tlc. It is the first...and last time therefore that I will use your organisation or courier service.

We would like to apologise for the delay to this particular order and consequently the plants appeared to have suffered during their transportation. Please do get in touch with us directly in order to give us the opportunity to put this right for you. From time to time our courier service does have issues with delivering our plants successfully (and indeed at times mistakes are made) but this is of course not the usual service our customers receive. Please rest assured that we have a lifetime guarantee on all our hardy perennials - we look forward to hearing back from you.

The plants main stem was broken when unpacked and the plant doesn’t look particularly healthy, my feeling is that the plant will not recover.

We have been trialling some new pre-order software to allow customers to order our home-grown roses in advance of the availability date which was set at 29th Feb, unfortunately whilst we are still getting to grips with this new system, a few of our pre-ordered roses were marked as 'orders complete'. We have since rectified this and the great news is that the roses will be sent to customers before the end of February, which is even earlier than our original release date - your rose should be with you in the next few days. Any problems at all, then please don't hesitate to get in touch with - we are happy to help.

Hi Tracey, As you know from our subsequent communications, we had a few initial issues with our pre-orders system that we were trialling. Thank you for bearing with us. In the end, all the roses were sent to customers before the pre-order available date of 29th February which was great and I know from our emails that you were happy with your rose. Kind regards.
