“Found the brand through Instagram. Being on keto means I was interesting to try. You shouldn't see it as purely a cereal. Its quite expensive so better to see it as a protein food. Two servings in a mug is the way to go. Texture is alright but gets a bit dry once chewing. Be sure to have liquid with. Taste is quite 👍🏻”

“Compared to another brand I tried, I found this cereal much harder to break down and swallow while chewing. It takes long in the mouth to break down and has a powdery, cardboard like texture that it turns to before you can swallow and by this time the flavor is all gone.”
