Found the brand through Instagram. Being on keto means I was interesting to try. You shouldn't see it as purely a cereal. Its quite expensive so better to see it as a protein food. Two servings in a mug is the way to go. Texture is alright but gets a bit dry once chewing. Be sure to have liquid with. Taste is quite 👍🏻
