“Wonderful selection of British items that either can't be ordered from the U.S. directly or have very high delivery costs when buying from the vendor. Everything I ordered was shipped promptly, and arrived well-packed (tins were wrapped and padded, and two boxes were used in case of damage to the outer). I will be coming back to shop here again for sure!”

“Shopping on Great British Brands USA is a pleasure. The store provides a nice variety of British items, especially relating to Christmas, that are not readily available in the USA. I've always found order fulfillment and shipping prompt. Additionally, any concerns addressed to customer service are handled with swiftness and professionalism. Finally, sometimes there are sales that offer substantial savings, allowing one to purchase even more. Great British Brands USA is a great place to shop on line.”

“Strange to give five stars when the wrong product was delivered, but the follow up service that I received was prompt and courteous. The correct product was shipped immediately, and arrived within a few days. All very impressive. I would certainly shop with Great British Brands again.”

“I just purchased my State Bicycle Company Klunker, Yellow Submarine limited edition. The only thing lacking was a water bottle. I thought I was going to buy a basic yellow plastic one. Then I found Great British Bands and the perfect, hot/cold Beatles Yellow Submarine bottle! Fantastic, suprisingly inexpensive, and delvered quickly. "All you need is love." :)”

“I just received my order of 16 different products that I purchased from great British brands USA. It is so much fun to shop on their website and see so many of the items that we admire In the English shops when we were visiting there, so easy to purchase here in the US, all at fingertips. I got all of my Christmas shopping done! Everything was exactly as pictured, and the prices were great. Plus, the shipment came Quickly and everything was very carefully packed. “Excellent Business, very responsive. I placed an order from the US on a Thursday evening, then realized I had the wrong ship to address (it was a gift). I sent an email, and first thing the next morning I was advised my order had been updated with the corrected address. The gift arrived the following Wednesday. Order placed in UK Thursday night, arrived in US following Wednesday, with affordable shipping charges - I think that's amazing!”
