“I placed a rather large order for Dunoon bone china tea mugs. Everything was incredibly well packed and there was no visible damage to the shopping box. Unfortunately, one mug was broken. I sent an email along with pictures of the broken mug. The response was immediate and a replacement was promptly dispatched. Great Customer Service!”

“I want to say how much my wife and I love our Dunoon Warm Hearts china mugs. They beautifully and tastefully remind us of how much we love each other everyday with our morning coffee or tea. We also apprecaite Great British Brands customer service which was responsive to us when there was a problem and immediately and successfully strove to fix the problem. THe shorter version is: Great product! Great Company!”

“What an excellent company. I love the Dunoon mugs and found a wonderful store on Victoria Street in Edinburgh that carried them-- but I could only safely pack a few in my suitcase back to the States, and I wanted to buy more as gifts. So happy to find the Great British Brands website. Not only did they have a sale, but I received free shipping, and my items arrived safely (and very well packed) in about 5 days from England! Excellent customer service. Will be buying lots more!”

“I was in Edinburgh recently and found a wonderful store on Victoria Street that sold Dunoon mugs. I wanted to buy several, but was afraid to bring them home in my suitcase. When I returned to the USA I was thrilled to find that Great British Brands carried all the Dunoon mugs I wanted. Their service was excellent. The mugs arrived in perfect condition within about a week-- and from England, no less. I will definitely be ordering more from Great British Brands.”
