“My mugs are typically received in a timely manner, however there was a delay with my most recent shipment due to customs holding it up. One of the mugs arrived broken but customer service responded quickly and is sending a replacement. The mugs are beautiful.”

“The reason I have given only one star, was the fact, that as a customer I was misled, and I was not notified, that my order cannot be delivered to P O Box address. After I was notified by FedEx, that my package cannot be delivered because there is wrong address, I have sent an email to you, but I have never received the answer!!! I finally talk to the manager of the FedEx location, and explained the situation, that you are not responding, and I have asked if I can pick up my package in person. I finally was able to do so, but because of all unnecessary delay, I was not able to give the gift to my grandchildren on time for their Birthday. I am very disappointed customer!!!”

“Honestly, I was shocked at how meticulously my order was packaged. It was a gift for my husband on our anniversary, so I asked for gift wrapping. Not only was it wrapped but it looked like something out of a magazine - absolutely perfect! Such care was taken. Even the message I’d included for him was handwritten on an adorable tiny card. He was so impressed, it really made it special. Thank you so much to the lovely people who packed our order!”
