“While the products offered by this company are wonderful and their customer service is great, they fail to let you know that your order will be subject to a 72% tariff charge on top of the shipping charges. The total of my shipping and tariff came to just 21 cents less than the total of what I bought, so anything you buy will end up costing you twice as much as the listed price.”

“Great British Brands USA had the Dunoon Scottish Thistle mug in stock that I wanted for my significant other. He had purchased the same one for me while visiting Scotland and was sad that it was the only one left in the shop. I went online, found GBB, and ordered it with ease. Such a well, organized site, and the mug arrived quickly and was packaged carefully. I’m a loyal customer now and can’t wait to add more mugs to my collection! And he was THRILLED to have one of his own!”

“I ordered 2 Emma Bridewater Flowers 1/2 pint mugs. I was surprised how quickly they arrived! However, one of them arrived broken. I emailed, received a quick response and received a replacement within 2 days. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend Great British Brands USA. I love these mugs and intend on ordering more of them. They also have many other great products.”

“Beautiful artwork printed on quality papers from the Mulberry Collection by Toasted Crumpet designs. First purchased at the Downton Abbey exhibit in Chicago, IL. Searched the internet to see if I could purchase again and found Great British Brands USA where I was able to purchase the boxed cards again. I was so pleased to find several options which I purchased and so pleased at how quickly the items were shipped, tracked, and arrived in my mailbox in Chicago. Thank you Great British Brands USA.”
