“They have absolutely nailed the production of sea salt, nothing comes close! I live just down the road to one of their competitors, but I insist on using Halen Mon salt, their superior process of production, and the amount of love they have for their products they sell really shows, and that makes a difference. I was recommended to try the organic spiced sea salt by the lovely lady that works in their shop. That was 7 years ago , and I always put it on my eggs now as per her recommendation. I wish I lived nearer I'd call in to the shop regularly ( highly recommended) awesome shop.
I keep in my kitchen at all times, their organic spiced salt, garlic salt and standard sea salt.
One more thing which I think should be said, when my daughter was 4 , we visited their shop on Anglesea, my daughter had been given some holiday Money by her Grandma, she unwittingly left her little purse at the shop , after we had left and were miles away we worked out what had happened , as she couldn't find her purse anywhere, we called and asked if it was still there, to which they confirmed yes it was, we said if they could use some of the money in the purse to post it home to us.
When we got home from holiday, We had received my little girls purse In the post, with all her holiday money still inside, as Halen Mon had covered the postage. I will never forget this act of kindness ( thank you), she is 12 now and has grown up using Halen Mon salt , she loves the organic spiced salt as well.”
