“Have not received the package, even though I received an email saying they tried to deliver. No note was left. Very disappointing. Don’t know if I will ever receive the product. Will request a refund”

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Our postage is most often charged at cost, and there are many occasions when we actually end up covering shortfalls ourselves. Unfortunately, we cannot compete with larger retailers, such as Amazon, on delivery.
