“I can't rate the products as they were a gift for someone else. However, the service fell way below par. I paid for Express delivery and was told the gifts would arrive on Easter Sunday (5 April). Despite contacting Halen Mon on 3 occasions, the delivery did not arrive until 10 April. I was never offered a refund for the "Express" delivery and was just sent an email apologising for the inconvenience and they hadn't realised Good Friday and Easter Monday counted as Bank Holidays. Although I have been a regular customer for many years I will not be ordering online from Halen Mon again.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Our postage is most often charged at cost, and there are many occasions when we actually end up covering shortfalls ourselves. Unfortunately, we cannot compete with larger retailers, such as Amazon, on delivery.
