“We absolutely love this sea salt. Brings many food to life with a small pinch to finish. Although this particular purchase was for our friends in Kennebunk Maine. We sent them a jar last Xmas which has just become empty. They reckon that they can genuinely taste the difference to local sea salt and it would also be a shame to have that lively jar filled with another’s product.”

“I love Wales and so much that is Welsh and have visited as often as possible throughout my (long) life. However, I discovered Halen Mon Saltcote only two years ago and I'm now hooked on their soft, flaked salt that crushes easily between finger and thumb. The shop is full of tempting 'seasoning-related' products, but it's also fascinating to learn about the history and the processes involved in producing the salt. Llanddwyn Island has always been our main reason for crossing the bridge from the mainland to Ynys Mon, but now a slight detour to Halen Mon is essential!”
