“We try to use Halen Mon salt as often as we can for cooking and to season salads/vegetables.
This salt does not grind well. We have tried different grinders but very little salt passes through.
Can you recommend how we can fix this problem?”

“I ordered a mixed package of Halen Môn products and have been delighted with all those I have tried so far. The Oak Smoked Water is superb (and very powerful, so the litre I bought will go a long way!); it was wonderful in a bechamel sauce for a lasagne (an Anna Jones recipe). Likewise the Smoked Sugar. Looking forward to trying the remaining goods, such as the Garlic ketchup and the Rosemary sea salt soap. Everything is really good quality, and the delivery was fast and efficient.

Only minor point is the metal clasp feels slightly flimsy & not sure how long it will last with daily usage. Arrived promptly & well packaged. “We originally bought our Anglesey sea salt whilst walking by and called in on spec. We bought the 250g version, but using it everyday, and it being cheaper to order online, than pay petrol to visit in person, after 5 months ,we needed another. Ordering was easy, it came beautifully packed in its box and on the day it was expected. Only a little bit is needed for its full flavour, and is now the preferred salt in the kitchen.
