“I have used it may be for 20 years. First years I could get it in some shops but it became more and more difficult. Since 10-15 years ago Iorder 1 kg a year. i have tryed other salt but this is the best.
This time there was no 1 kg ordinary flakes so I ordered finer flake. Not opend yet.
I use the salt for the taste so I dont care about the size of flakes.
In the beginning I ordered a mill so I could sprinkel more exact in some coking.
Read, not too much.
The salt is extreme good and lift the taste of the ingredients more than other salt.
