“I recently ordered a Magnesium spray which got sent to the wrong address. Royal Mail were not so brilliant in facilitating a redelivery. Sophie in customer services has swooped in a saved the day having it resent to me at the correct address.
I have not been sleeping well as my Dad passed away a couple of weeks ago and the funeral was this Wednesday. I really appreciate Sophie sorting this out for me in such a stressfull week.
