“I’m on my second bottle of the magnesium spray as it’s the only product I’ve found that actually helps me! I’m in the menopause stage now and I’m going through this naturally and it’s tough but spraying the magnesium on my legs at night really helps.”

“I bought this to try and help with my restless legs, although not really helped it has helped massively with pain I was having around hip, I spray on at night and this helps hugely with pain as I couldn’t really lay on that side but I can now, and even the next day it would hurt but doesn’t so much anymore. So it definitely has helped with one of my problems. Thankyou”

“I bought 2 bottles for my son & my self as we each have issues with sleep. We both feel there's been a slight improvement, in that we both fall asleep quicker than without it. However the jury is still out as to whether it will improve our sleep quality, but we keep trying.”

“Hi , I started with the magnesium spray which totally relieves my restless legs . I have an Auti immune disorder, not yet fully diagnosed yet . Si bought the Auto immune booster tabs . I am amazed ! Have been taking the tabs since August, I had a “flare up two weeks ago and symptoms were greatly reduced!”
