“Sadly for myself I had great hopes of a more restful sleep. I read the reviews. I was excited to try after great reviews. Maybe it’s just me but I had total insomnia and eventually after falling asleep it was restless and I had nightmares. I didn’t give in, but sadly it has an adverse affect for me. Happy for those of you whom it actually works well.”

“Since starting to use the magnesium spray earlier this year my sleep has been totally transformed. From not being able to get to sleep, waking up dozens of times a night and often not being able to get to sleep again, I now drop off almost instantly! Although I still wake a few times (an age related issue!) I go back to sleep immediately. I can't recommend this spray more highly. Amazing product!”

“Godsend! I seldom write reviews but feel compelled to do so now. I battle with arthritis and fibromyalgia. Nothing helped… until I came across this wonderful product 🙌🏼. I rub it into my hips and thighs before bed and the burning pain that used to have me crying through the night has been almost nonexistent since I started using this Magnesium spray. I’ve also been sleeping a lot better. I haven’t been paid or offered anything in return for this review, I am just so relieved to find something that helps and hope it brings other sufferers some relief too.”

“Wonderful! I was at my wits end due to not being able to get a good night's. Endless sleepless nights was making me ill and exhausted. I saw the reviews about magnesium spray and decided to purchase one. I used the spray as per instructions and Had the calmest sleep in ages, and this has continued. Now I wouldn't be without it!
