“Bought the spray as it had good reviews and I was really struggling both sleep and restless legs. Was really disappointed that it's made zero difference, in fact my sleep has been worse so wouldn't recommend.”

“Saw a lot of people on Facebook, saying how they had slept all night using Harrogate Organics Msgnesium Spray, thought I'd give it a try. Bought the 100ml one, as if it didn't work wouldn't of minded the price. Best thing I have bought in years, it REALLY works. Have slept all night since it arrived. “I suffer with restless legs and I’ve always tried to treat it with vitamins plants and minerals. I’d heard about magnesium spray but didn’t know much about it. I took a recommendation about it Google it and serval companies came up but Harrogate stood out as a leader their product had won awards,read the description and started my subscription and I couldn’t be happier with the results and the beautiful packing and IT WORKS for me I can feel the relaxation thank you guys and chance of a sleepy smell option either way fantastic product”

“I don't know how this works and was very sceptical about how this could possibly effect sleep by applying it to the skin but WOW....it's like magic...since menopause I suffered from restless legs and poor sleep but since using the magnesium spray I get a good night's sleep and it stops the weird under skin sensation in my thighs.... It is a staple in my bathroom cupboard now!!”
