"White wine instead of Red?????\r\nI ordered a personalised hamper for my sister as I\u2019m living in Ireland I thought I\u2019d use a local provider HAZELTON\u2019S\u2019s There were many issues with the delivery that resulted in the hamper not being received for over a week with spoilt fruits. The delivery is not guaranteed next day or weekend deliveries. Later I spoke with my sister to see did she enjoy the Cabernet Sauvignon wine that I chose for her as part of the hamper. I was very surprised to be told she had not been sent the red wine I had chosen but an inferior white wine (she doesn\u2019t drink white wine). I could understand if a different red wine was sent. When I contacted Hazelton\u2019s along with a picture of the wine sent I was advised there would be no refund or correction in the order as 5 days have passed since the delivery. If you are buying from them make sure to check with the recipient in detail of what they actually received what you purchased and paid for. Make sure to do this within 5 days or there is no redress. I wanted to send something personal to my sister to let her know I was thinking of her whilst we\u2019re apart for her birthday however the whole experience has been very disappointing from start to finish. I most certainly did not get value for money and would not recommend Hazelton\u2019s for sending products you may pick specifically to recipients likes."

"I had ordered a surprise birthday cake for my son\u2019s 19th bday (who studies at a Canadian University) from the UK and it turned out to be my worst nightmare!! Since this was his first bday away from home, I wanted it to be special and had coordinated with his friend\/roommate to pick up the cake when delivered and surprise him. The cake never arrived and after endless calls\/emails to Hazleton\u2019s I was given a run around with endless excuses for four days and told nothing could be done because the courier was third party and Hazeltons couldn't contact them on our behalf. The courier company chosen by Hazeltons (Canpar) had unmanned phone lines and were closed for the weekend which meant nobody could update on tracking information - it was frustrating to deal with Hazeltons who were most unhelpful at this time and they stated nothing could be done until the order was delivered by the courier. They could not understand the fact that the cake would not be suitable for consumption after being in delivery trucks and warehouses for almost 5 days. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and the cake finally was delivered the same day but in a deplorable state so they had no choice but to refund the money paid for the order. It would have been far more professional and courteous if they had simply refunded when the delivery date wasn\u2019t honoured! The cake was delivered in such a bad state that it was almost disrespectful! I would have been extremely embarrassed had this been a gift for someone other than family as this is not the way any gift (let alone a perishable edible item) should be received! The company must review their courier company as inefficient deliveries are enough to tarnish a company\u2019s reputation and this must be addressed and remedied appropriately. I had to rush another cake through Uber eats to save the day for my son\u2019s surprise birthday and I should have opted that choice in the first place. Never again and I will surely leave a review on Google as well so nobody suffers the way we did!!"

"Ordered online, selected delivery date, paid for shipping only to be told it wouldn't be delivered on the date i chose, even though I received 2 emails from the company directly that had my chosen date as the confirmed delivery date.\r\n\r\nOver priced, false advertising. Buyer beware, would give 0 stars if I could. Disappointed"
