“I wrote this message to the BBB over a month ago with no response sent to them or me. On 8/9/25 I made a purchase of $135 of hot sauce and wrote The following message to Heatonist company. Aloha to whoever receives this, multiple time returning customer who's purchased a couple of hot ones season packs. I recently saw that you've got the heat week deals going on right now. When I first clicked I was told that I am a chosen one for a special item and free shipping with an order over $65 when I click to confirm I was told that I am a returning customer so I don't get that. Right off the bat that's not cool and please don't be one of those companies. I've been through so much in the last two years when the creasing amount of scams and unprofessionalism in the last year. So if all goes well I hope that you're company will be true to the advertisement that was directed towards me. As of right now I have 135 worth of hot sauce in my checkout list/cart. I'm not sure what is going on but when I tried to log in on my phone once I had everything I wanted it kept hiccuping so then I moved to my laptop which then had me put in a password from my email once I did that it then said I didn't have anything in my cart and only recently reviewed items. I was starting to get disenchanted. I was somehow able to bypass that to get to my cart which did have all of my items in it and then when I try to check out it has me login again and then I have to type in some code from my phone. I highly recommend you fix whatever kinks or hiccups this is because not fun. I'm going to go ahead and pay right now so that these items don't get sold out but I sure hope that you are going to add some kind of gift to shipment/order S13050228 they didn't respond and they didn't give me any gift even after I've spent hundreds of dollars with their company. I will not be a returning customer and will not be advocating in any positive capacity towards this company until they make amends.”

“I never received my sauces. They disappeared when my package was handed off to a smaller local carrier. When I got in touch with customer service, they offered to send them again but warned me if they didn't show up a second time I would be out the money and still have no sauces. I opted for a refund. I would not order again.”

“You have significant order and shipping issues. I have ordered the same package three years in a row. Previously, my packages shipped quickly and arrived on time. This year, my initial package did not ship for a full week and was then lost by your shipper. My replacement package then did not ship for several days after I dealt with your customer service and arrived after the event I needed it for. Unfortunately, I will no longer order your products.”
