Unfortunately I'd ordered the wrong vaccuum so had to return it, but again, simply dropped it to the post office and have just received my refund. If only all online sellers were this efficient.

“Well it’s hard to as I still have not received my item yet! I have now been told it will be with me on Monday! Before this I was told it had been delivered and I was shown a proof of delivery docket which had some random scribble! So not really impressed with that! Hopefully I will have it tomorrow now and I can’t hopefully enjoy my item!”
