Thank you very much for your feedback, as per your phone conversation the hose arrived in perfect condition. This was purchased on the 15th May and as per your photos that damage is not general wear and tear from a 7 day old product so unfortunately it is not covered under warranty. Please let us know if you would like us to order a new hose at cost price.
Also we would appreciate if you would refrain from swearing and abusing our staff when they were trying to resolved the situation for you.
