“You sent me a badly packaged step ladder. It is missing 4 bolts/screws to secure the 2 safety rails. It is missing 1 of the rubber grip legs to the bottom of the metal, making the ladder dangerous and unstable to use and it will damage/mark any surface it is put on once someome steps onto the ladder. I called your customer care, I emailed you and you suggested that I return the faulty ladder at my cost. This is in breach of my customer rights, you have some nerve/cheek.”

“The actual online shopping experience was very good. However,the product purchased was of very bad quality. On one of the lanters the ring used for hanging it up cracked straight away and the light switch, with illumination being one of the key features , was stuck in the off position from the start and can not be moved. There it's origin in China showed off..no stars for the product,5 stars for the online shopping experience.”
